This is not a conventional social-media-only position. The role combines professional research, content development, communication and practical exposure to startup and business issues.
What you will work on
StartStartup works with founders and businesses across incorporation, compliance, governance, business structuring, fundraising readiness and growth. You will help turn this practical knowledge into accessible educational content.

The objective
Convert complex business, legal, compliance and financial information into content that a founder can understand and practically use.
What you will be responsible for
Short-form video content
Develop approximately 4–5 Reels / videos per month. Responsibilities may include topic research, identifying founder problems, idea generation, scripting, basic shooting and editing, captions, subtitles, transitions and publishing support.
Advanced cinematic editing is not required. Strong research, ideas, communication and educational value matter more.
Social media content
Create approximately 20–25 posts per month across Instagram and LinkedIn.

The content should not simply look good. It should teach something useful.

Accuracy is a core requirement because the role deals with business, regulatory, compliance and financial information.
Authoritative sources matter
Depending on the topic, you may be expected to consult authoritative material including:
- Ministry of Corporate Affairs
- Companies Act, rules and notifications
- Income Tax Department
- GST authorities
- Ministry of Finance
- DPIIT and Startup India
- Government notifications and regulatory circulars
- Official government portals
AI is allowed. AI dependency is not.
AI may be used for brainstorming, structuring or simplifying information. However, the person creating the content remains responsible for understanding the topic and checking factual accuracy before publication.

Who we are looking for
