Build businesses.
Shape your career.
StartStartup works with founders at the moments that matter — from choosing the right structure and incorporating a company to protecting intellectual property, accessing startup benefits and staying compliant.
If you enjoy solving real business problems, learning continuously and taking ownership of your work, there may be a place for you here.

Do work that has a visible impact.
At StartStartup, your work is not buried inside a large organisation. The advice, research, communication or execution you contribute can directly affect a founder's next decision.
Real ownership
Take responsibility for outcomes, not just assigned tasks. We value people who identify problems and move them forward.
Learn across disciplines
Work around company law, incorporation, startup schemes, intellectual property, compliance, operations and growth.
Founder exposure
Understand how businesses actually operate by working on practical questions faced by founders every day.
Build your craft
Strong writing, research, communication, analytical thinking and execution matter here — and they compound with experience.
Curious people who care about getting it right.
Credentials matter for some roles. But curiosity, ownership and the ability to learn often matter more than having every answer on day one.
- Ask good questions before jumping to conclusions.
- Research a problem and explain the answer clearly.
- Pay attention to details without losing the bigger picture.
- Communicate honestly when something is unclear.
- Take feedback without taking it personally.
- Think about the client's actual problem, not just the form.
Most importantly
We want people who want to become better at what they do. Startups and regulations change. A strong career here means staying willing to learn, verify and adapt.

Questions candidates usually ask.
Where is StartStartup based?
StartStartup operates in India. Depending on the role and business requirements, opportunities may be location-specific, hybrid or remote. The applicable arrangement will be discussed during hiring.
Do I need previous startup experience?
Not necessarily. For many roles, strong fundamentals, curiosity, communication and the ability to learn are more important than having worked at a startup before.
Can CS, law or commerce students apply?
Yes. Students and early-career candidates can apply for relevant internship, trainee and entry-level opportunities. Eligibility depends on the particular role.
Can I apply if there is no suitable opening?
Absolutely. Send an open application and explain what you can contribute. We may keep suitable profiles in our talent pool for future opportunities.
What should I send with my application?
A current CV is a good start. Add a short introduction explaining what interests you about StartStartup and, where relevant, links to work, writing, projects, websites or other evidence of your skills.
Will every application receive an interview?
We review applications based on the role and current requirements. Only shortlisted candidates may be contacted for the next stage.
